| Birth Announcements Once your babies are born, please email us their picture along with their names, date of birth, parents' names, and measurements, and we will include it in the birth announcement section of The Diaper Rag. You may also submit birth announcements for your multiples' younger siblings. |

bi-monthly newsletter, The Diaper Rag, contains
interesting articles, advice, birth announcements,
SFPOM events and other Club news. It is distributed
to nearly 450 member families and family resource
centers. You may view a sample
newsletter to get an idea of what it looks like
and the general content.

Newsletter Advertising Inquiries
The Diaper Rag accepts advertising. To submit an ad, please see our design guidelines and rates. SFPOM members receive a 10% discount on placing an ad. You can submit your ad via email to ads@sfpom.org. Please mail your check payable to SFPOM to:

We Are Looking for Writers
If you would like to contribute to The Diaper Rag, the Newsletter Committee is always looking for writers. With a few exceptions, our writers have always been Club members.
The topics that we cover include the following:
- Parents (pregnancy, breastfeeding, health, finances, organizing, travel, etc.)
- Kids (nutrition, potty training, nanny/nurse/doulas, daycare/schools, summer camps, activities, safety, developmental issues, etc.)
- Local events, activities, getaways and travel
- Book/Video/Restaurant/School reviews
- Interviews with interesting people (doulas, teachers, family counsellors, etc.)
