Seller Pick-Up

Sellers should return to the Consignment Sale at 3:00 p.m. to pick up their unsold items. In previous years, Volunteers sorted your items and had them ready for you when you arrived. This year, we're asking you to sort your own items. This will free our Volunteers to start sorting those tags--helping you get your proceeds check much earlier. Our doors will close at 4:00 p.m.

Member Drop & Run

For SFPOM Members Only: You will be able to drop off your clean, tagged items at the Consignment Sale Thursday evening or before noon on Friday. You can then leave--no need to wait around while we QC your items. Anything we find that doesn't pass QC, we'll set aside for you if it has a white tag and place it in the Donate pile if it has a green or yellow tag on it.

Drop & Donate

Do you just want to get rid of your stuff, but you don't want to tag it? How about donating it to the Club! All you have to do is bring your stuff by the Sale on Thursday, any time after 4 pm, and we'll do the tagging. Items need to be clean and in working order. We'll do the pricing and tagging and donate to charity the items that don't sell. The proceeds of the Sale support our Club's activities, and you can get a tax deduction for your donation. If you're interested, please contact us at consignmentsale@sfpom.org.

Change in Drop-Off Hours

We've moved the final drop-off hour for sales on Friday back to 3:30 pm to allow more set-up time for the Members' Preview Sale.

New Rule for White-Tagged Items

We will charge $20 to those sellers who use white tags and do not come to pick up their unsold items. Sellers using white tags will not be charged if they miss a few items, but the items will be donated. We will keep them separated from the green- and yellow-tagged items until the very end of clean-up on Saturday to make sure that you have the extra time to find them.

New Incentive for Volunteers this Sale!

If you volunteer to work during each shift of the Sale, you can keep 100% of the proceeds from your sold items.

SFPOM Members in Need

Members in Need should contact the Philanthropy Chair, who will be happy to assist.

Tagging Tip

If you've sold at the Sale before, you know how much time it can take filling out the tags. If you choose, you can leave the "Style" section blank. The reason we suggest that you fill it out (on top and bottom) is that tags sometimes fall off. Filling out the "Style" section helps us match tags that have fallen off with items that have that lost their tags. By doing this, we can make sure that you get all credit for your sold items. If you don't mind running the risk of not getting credited for an item that has lost its tag, go ahead and leave it blank. This will speed up the tagging process.
